Physical Damage Coverage

A good policy to start with is physical damage insurance. Without this coverage, you’ll have to pay out-of-pocket to repair or replace your vehicle after certain covered accidents.

Physical damage coverage is not an all-in-one car insurance. Typically, it only includes your collision insurance and comprehensive insurance policies, and also covers the following types of losses:

Vandalism
Falling objects
Rollovers
Collisions with another vehicle
Fire
Hitting an animal
Earthquakes
